Training for advice & support
workers
For anyone in Leeds who works directly with clients
in an Advocacy or support role and would like to know more about
how to support their clients to access advice services.
The
programme covers key areas of advice and local and national sources
of advice. Giving participants a better understanding of social
welfare law issues affecting their clients, helping them to identify
problems and assist appropriately.

worker In-house training
We can deliver these joint courses and a range of additional courses
in-house - see or In-house support worker training programme.
In-house
training can be delivered for groups of 5 – 16 people and
is specifically tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.

Advice
Leeds is one of the first organisations delivering accredited training
leading to legal advice qualifications.
Our training programme provides training for roles as both Advisors
and Gateway Assessors for advice services in Leeds.
